We are over the moon to announce that we’ve won not one, but two, categories at this year’s national Housebuilder Awards: for our approach to customer satisfaction and commitment to our local communities.

Run by the housing sector’s magazine, Housebuilder, and judged by an impressive panel from the industry, the awards are:

  • Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative for building a customer-focused culture across the company. Every part of our business is committed to ensuring our customers are delighted with their homes – from planning to construction, interior design to sales.
  • Best Community Initiative for our Social Value Charter, which we started at Buckler’s Park in 2017. The Charter saw us engage with local residents and stakeholders on what their needs and desires were for Crowthorne, and sets a framework for us to address those requirements, measuring the social value we create throughout – from local employment contracts, to initiatives with local schools or green space for everyone.

We are thrilled to be recognised for our commitment to both our customers and the local communities we are part of in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Delivering social value to our surrounding areas and excellent customer service are two of the four pillars of Legal & General Homes.

Thanks to all of our teams for their hard work during a challenging year – this award is for you!

Congratulations to all our fellow winners and finalists and to Housebuilder magazine for organising.
